We moved into our home 2 years ago; it was the builder model (VIP Homes) and landscaped by McKeown in late 2020. The poly drip supply tubing used by McKeown is the cheapest the supply company has ever seen. In the last 4 months it has burst 7 times, flooding our yard and we have had it repaired at $100.00 plus per event and no end in sight. Poly drip supply line should last 10 to 15 years, and what is funny it is very inexpensive to use quality compared to the cheap stuff, all the cost is in the labor to install.
