Jordan is a star! I had two hard-to-find parts that I needed for a rooftop furnace. While other suppliers said 3-4 weeks, he tracked them down and had them in 4 days! That dedication is how great service happens!

I had a very disappointing experience here. I purchased the wrong part by mistake and called ahead to ask about returning it. The gentleman on the phone told me they “don’t usually take it back” but that they would look at it and, if it was in good condition, they would. Based on that, I drove 40 minutes to do the return.
