Lady on the phone today was insanely rude. Sighed in between every question she asked, and every answer I gave. Telling me what I was requesting didn't make sense at all... I had a hvac installer write me a very basic part list, and I was calling as a home owner, big regret. She was either going through a mental breakdown or hates her job, in any case it seeped through to customer service, I will not be calling back again. Avoid this place
Take your money and business elsewhere. Customer service at this location is unprofessional and hostile. Interested and paying customers should not be treated poorly or have their intelligence insulted if they are asking legitimate questions, especially if in a polite manner.
Great team to work with we have been dealing with them for years.
