I can only say good things about McKenzie's. Very friendly staff and honest about the work needing to be done. I only take my car in for issues that I can't deal with by myself and know that I can trust the job will be done right. They also squeezed me in a few times when the issue was urgent. I truly recommend McKenzie's for any car services.

I've been taking 2 vehicles to Jeff for a few years now. Always great service. Out of the blue on my 2016 Sierra my radio display console stopped working - completely blank. In addition, the turn indictors and 4 ways continued working but stopped making the click click sounds. I thought for sure it was some sort of electrical issue that would land me at a dealer. I phoned Jeff and he said before taking it to the dealer try removing the ground on the battery, let it sit for 15 minutes, reconnect and try again, Well guess what... read more
