I got a couple of quotes for a new reverse cycle air conditioner. Their price was similar to the other company's. However, the service I received from McKenzie's was just awesome! They put proper thought into where the air con should be placed in the room. The outside part of unit, they had it raised of the ground and installed pipes for the water discharge.
