I have an ovarian cyst that has been causing severe pelvic pain. Went to the ER cuz I couldn't manage the pain at home and haven't been able to get in touch with my PCP. Nurses and testing staff were great. PA Josiah Dick lived up to his name. Basically told me that if I wasn't bleeding or screaming in pain I didn't need to be in the ER. Told me to follow up with my doctor to which I replied that I've been trying to. Had a bunch of tests done, all of which came back normal. Based on the care my brother received from Dr Daily (Daley?), I would avoid this place like the plague. His first doc and was solid, but she was a traveling doc. Nurses were ok as well. Not Dr D. I heard her tell my brother that he was at the end of the road. Guess what? He was discharged four days later. IMO, terrible bedside manner and unquestionably incorrect prognosis.
The staff were helpful and kind. I was there for a while because I had to get various tests done. They were making an effort to get people seen as soon as possible.
Daughter came in for concussion. Waiting room was busy but it wasn't very long to be seen at all, both by triage and by a PA. Krista at check in was easy to work with and a real shout out to PA Rose. She showed concern and care in her thorough assessment. Also knew as a college student, daughter would need a few days written off the computer. Couldn't ask for a better visit if you have to go to an ER. Very pleased with the service.
Waited in the back for 3 and a half hours. Almost 2 of those was just waiting to be discharged
