Avoid this ER at all costs! My daughter had swollen tonsils during an illness, and we weren't sure how normal it was. It was a Saturday afternoon, and we didn't want to wait for our doctor's office to open on Monday. So we stopped by the ER. The waiting room was totally empty. We asked if they could just tell us if it was something we should be concerned about or not. We were seen immediately, since there were no other patients. Two knee replacements here this year.. 👍 both times five stars! Here today because I'm having some difficulty breathing. Waiting for a CT scan of my chest and a ultrasound of my left leg. There's a small possibility that some blood work may have masked a blood clot.. although they say it's probably just my asthma messing up. The blood works. Better safe than sorry 🙏🙏🙏
I didn't have to wait for hours and hours to be seen! I was admitted and I had great doctors and nurses that treated me like a human!♥️
Never once have I felt cared for at this awful ER
Would give 0 stars if possible. While there, 2 different people had medical emergencies in the waiting lobby and patients waiting to be seen had to notify the staff because no staff was paying attention, despite the front desk having a clear view of the people experiencing emergencies. Even after notifying the staff, it took them minutes to come out.
