Dr. Ron is a fabulous practitioner. However, when I raised concerns about being charged a rate I hadn't been previously, I was treated as though I was trying to scam the clinic by his wife Ursula who operates the front end. The rates were also raised $12/visit without email notification. When I raised this concern, I was gaslight about how she couldn't possibly notify all patients and no one else shared concern about the price increase. Been going to Dr. Ron for awhile. Super friendly, no bs. Quick adjustments and is can get in there when you/if you need it
Dr. Ron is a phenomenal chiropractor who truly takes the time to understand his patients’ needs. His approach is both professional and personable and you can tell that he genuinely cares about your well-being. The clinic itself is clean, inviting and the staff is fantastic and so welcoming. If you’re looking for great chiropractic care in Calgary I highly recommend Dr. Ron at McKenzie Wellness. Five stars all the way!
Great service & therapy
Dr. Ron explains treatment plan clearly. He has good hands. My knee had painful for 2 years but it became way better. The receptionist is kind. Always very busy clinic.
