Dr. Ron is great and really helped my back get better. The receptionist is also very warm and professional. I'm going to continue to see him for maintenance. He's really approachable - I ask lots of questions that he patiently answers. My care feel collaborative rather than prescriptive and I really value that.

I’ve been coming to McKenzie Wellness for years, and I honestly can’t say good enough things. Whether it’s a last minute appointment or my regular monthly visit they always make the whole process easy and stress free. Dr. Ron is the best, he listens carefully, explains everything, and truly cares about how I’m doing. Dr. Ron is a fabulous practitioner. However, when I raised concerns about being charged a rate I hadn't been previously, I was treated as though I was trying to scam the clinic by his wife Ursula who operates the front end. The rates were also raised $12/visit without email notification. When I raised this concern, I was gaslight about how she couldn't possibly notify all patients and no one else shared concern about the price increase.
