The owners are an English couple. The husband, incredibly fat and lazy, with very few words to say other than sarcastic down talk sits on the lawn mower house to house, if he's not sitting on the mower, he's sitting in the truck. His wife acts as though she is better than everyone around her, constantly trash talking Americans and ridiculing customers behind there back at the same time as she treats her employees like dirt as they slave to make her company money.
