Looks great on paper – but costly Prep mistakes!! I used McKenzie Services for an FBA prep and export shipment, but the experience was disappointing overall. They were transparent about their prices, but the way they charge feels like a “no-frills airline” model — every step adds another fee. Because they charge per box, they initially packed 19 boxes for a shipment that could have been done in about 12.
