I was represented by McKenzie and Scott in a civil suit against Escondido Police Department in San Diego County. My passenger has recorded the incident so it was pretty apparent the officer was at fault. I won a settlement and feel as I have been victimized twice. I was fortunate enough to be represented by Mackenzie Scott law firm. I mainly worked with Michelle but did have instances where Tim was also involved.
