Timothy Scott is one hell of a lawyer. And I say that with 100% honesty! Tim was always down to earth , kind approachable and available. Professional even when the situation is tough and the case and client were turned down by other lawyers. I hired Michelle McKenzie and Tim Scott to handle an appeal for a disorderly conduct conviction. Not only did they take me on but they believed in my battle. After winning the appeal we filed a federal lawsuit, a torte claim a preliminary injunction and a summary judgment we won on them all and eventually after 3 years of judges telling the city that they were violating my rights the city settled.
