Had a pull cord snap at the end of day and needed its fixed by the following morning. He not only fixed the pole cord, but also fixed the fuel line that needed addressed and didn’t charge me extra. Was beyond fair and timely as he had a lot of work on his plate. I wouldn’t go to anyone else as he was fair, timely and recognized an issue that I wasn’t aware of and didn’t charge me for it. Had my Makita 4-stroke blower cord snap last Thursday. Took it straight to McKenzie River Small Engine repair, and was told 7-10 days. It's Saturday and I just went and picked it up. Works great and was a reasonable rate to repair. Great Job, thank you.
