My husband left this doctor for the same reasons others complained about. Wait time 3-4 hours with appt. Even sitting in the back exam room he walked by several times on his phone for 2 hours of that wait time. My husband walk out after calling unprofessional.
i was seen by Dr. Mckenzie at St. Francis hospital, he didn't talk to me much about my being transferred there from Harbor UCLA for pelvic cancer symptoms, but he was experienced in prescribing pain medications and other tests to find out the cause for my cancer symptoms. although initially i didn't want to be released to go home to Redondo Beach because of legs pain that made me immobile since 5/10/18, but Dr. Mckenzie did take good care of his patients and I'm thankful for his expertise.
Waiting time to see the doctor is beyond ridiculous. Even if you have an appointment you can wait 3-4hours. The staff is friendly and they are apologetic but as we all know there's not much they can do. And to top it all when you get to see the doctor he's always answering phone calls. Either his cell phone or the office phone.
