Tenants and Potential Buyers of McKenzie Properties BEWARE! - Tenants at one of McKenzie Properties complained about a sewer smell(which doesn't mix well with the food from the tenant), then McKenzie had their own electricians attempt to repair a Sewer Panel box who were untrained in this type of panel, fried the box then refused to pay for it! A trained sewer system electrician even commented: "NOTE: DAMAGE TO PANEL APPERS TO BE FROM UNQUALIFIED PERSONS DISTURBING WIRING AND CONTROLS" And yet they still refuse to Pay for it... read more
