Wonderful experience
My most recent visit to McKenzie's service department only reminded me of how thankful I am I bought my 2021 Canyon from them and continue to get it serviced there. I'm pretty sure all dealers can claim the same basic vehicles and parts, but it's McKenzie's people that make it stand out in the crowd. Once again, thank you, Kasey, for your expertise and especially your amazing customer service. You made me feel you cared as much about my truck as I did.

My experience is with the Used Car Sales Dept, namely Mark Wallace. He is the individual I purchased my used Chevy Sonic from and he was fantastic. In all aspects of the process. I have had so far, "2" interactions with the Service Dept, both scheduled. Again, all aspects of my experience have been excellent.
