I made an appointment to have my vehicle checked due to the check engine light came on. On my appointment date I arrived on time and was told that I would received a call after my vehicle was diagnosed. I was shuttled back to my home. We appreciate the kind treatment and how welcoming the staff were. We love the Buick Envista we purchased and the price.
They had my car for 3 weeks and the service writer did not contact me to let me know why there were delays. When I talked to the service manager on a Wednesday he said he would update me on Friday and he never called me back. When I got the car we got about a half mile from the shop and car overheated due to a coolant left loose.
My salesperson Taylor was great. Showroom was clean and everyone was very nice. Shortest time I ever spent in a dealership during a purchase. I will highly recommend McKenzie Buick-GMC to every and anyone
