I bought a used highlander from McKenzie motors and just love it. The whole experience was great, we were Jenny first customer and she did a fabulous job. She was friendly n not pushy at all. We were not looking to buy there we were going to buy on line. But the whole team worked with us n we are very satisfied with the whole experience.

I have done business with McKenzie since 1997 29 years I have never had such shoddy work. Before I even left the shop I had a yellow light on the dash I pulled back in they got it to go off When I cranked it the following morning there's the light again. They changed the cabin filter and engine air filters. That was an extra $150.00 Extra. I came for an oil change 86.91. When I left my total was 280.17.
