Now charge 3%if you use your credit card…so I said ok I’ll write a check..lady says we don’t take checks🥺so it’s cash or debit card for any work done at McKenzie now…I am surprised they are passing this 3%on to customers who already have huge vehicle repair fees

Came for service,I told them I might trade in my truck,they created more problems so I’d buy the new one!they tell you your vehicle is only worth 1$ I didn’t ask for bolts to be touched on the oil pan but one is completely out and now my truck is dripping oil while off.I am very angry with this place!thanks to them I don’t even want another Chevy or GM product because I can’t trust them to be honest
