I have done business with McKenzie since 1997 29 years I have never had such shoddy work. Before I even left the shop I had a yellow light on the dash I pulled back in they got it to go off When I cranked it the following morning there's the light again. They changed the cabin filter and engine air filters. That was an extra $150.00 Extra. I came for an oil change 86.91. When I left my total was 280.17. Brought vehicle in for repair under GMC service warranty. Two days later I was informed it was ready for pick up. After inspecting their work, it was not fixed. So the service manager says he will take care it. He (service manger) "forgot" my vehicle was even in the parking lot for a week and half. No communication, no phone call, I had to go into the service department several times to get an update.
