Best car sales experience that I have ever had.
The service department is a joke—rude, lacking in customer service, and completely devoid of quality communication. For a place that supposedly employs professionals to tell you that your car is "too old" and that no OBD-II scanner can read it is an absolute farce. Every car sold in the United States after 1996 utilizes the OBD-II system, and a 2006 model—one for which codes have *already* been read in the past—falls squarely within that standard. Everything came out good. I have air in my car now. I have to wonder why it is a problem to pay with a check? When the cost is high , I myself do not feel comfortable carrying around a large amount of cash. Also there seems to be a communication disconnect when I receive notification that my parts have arrived and when calling about the service and told my parts would be in a couple days later???
Shame on me once shame on me twice. There will not be a third time. I gave this place a benefit of doubt by coming back after I said I was not. Definitely not bringing back our three vehicles. Once again the service department is an absolute joke. People working here are rude and don’t care. We purchased three vehicles from McKenzie over the years because we used to trust them and their service department. We also used to take all of our vehicles there for service. Now we would not recommend them to anyone. The service department has went downhill over the last year or two and now we hate to even have to call them for warranty work.
