Subject: Concern Regarding Front Desk Staff Interaction at Sandusky McKenzie Memorial Hospital: Emergency room I would like to submit a complaint regarding an interaction I had with a receptionist during my recent visit to the Sandusky ER for a tetanus shot. Everytime my boyfriend comes here we have problems. Staff is rude especially this one male doctor. If you mention you smoke anything in the slightest the doctor immediately ignores anything you have said. Instead of trying to solve the problem or give you medicine etc, he proceeds to blame everything on smoking and prints you substance abuse papers. Yet if we go anywhere else they listen and provide help we need.
My great grandson stepped on a nail, and we took him here for treatment . It's a small hospital, and they took quite good care of him.
Once again the worse hospital in sanilac! Most not all but must of the stuff are rude!! If I could rate them zero starts I would.
