This is my 3rd visit and this office does not value their patients time, I’ve been waiting over and hour each time, reasons why I always have to reschedule because they always run into my other appointments and that is bad business.
The WORST front desk service EVER! They always have new untrained front desk reps that are on their cell phones. If you need to speak with the office manager she never returns calls, the nurse desk never answers. The doctors are okay, but it's a circus getting to see them. I would not recommend a Billy goat.
The front desk staff sucks..the doctors are great..it's sad that you find a good doctor and have to deal with bad office staff...
The best care anyone can ask for Dr Rona & Dr Wilfred, Mickey, and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and caring. Very informed on most things medical. I love how they take their time with me and doesn't let me leave until I am comfortable and fully understand everything. I don't mind the wait because of the wonderful care I get every time I'm there. They are the only doctors I fully trust. The GYN Dr Osman is the best gyn I have had. I don't want any other GYN
Very disappointed! I had an appointment at 10:30, and I left 11:35 without being called by the doctor. Disrespectful! All I heard was “okay we will cancel your appointment”.
