Don't recommend either Mr Mackenzie nor Mr McLoughlin. I engaged Mr McLoughlin to assist with a matter. I was assured there was no conflict of interest. It turned out the opposing party had sent documentation, including a SharePoint link to Mr MacKenzie. As a result, Mr McLoughlin stepped down from matter and, in my opinion, caused direct harm in the proceedings.
