I have just had a great experience with this clinic. The front desk is very polite, competent and efficient, these ladies are very professional. The dentist assistant, Amie, made me feel very comfortable - she is also very professional, friendly, attentive and caring. I had requested a hygiene treatment appointment and finally got myself an appointment, however, when I was in the room, I found out myself I was being prepped for a tooth filling that I was not made aware of. I was pulled out to the reception area to book a hygiene appointment when I came for the appointment thinking that what I there for. They could not accommodate to find me a hygienist? Frustrating and dismissive experience — not patient-centered care. I called McKenzie Lake Dental hoping to become a new patient for a severely decayed tooth that clearly needs extraction. I explained my situation very clearly — I’m a mother of two small children, I don’t drive, and I’m looking for a clinic that can help without wasting my time. After leaving their office from getting two cavities filled, And one filling removed and repaired. I can honestly say that was the easiest, most stress-free time at the dentist I’ve been to in a while. staff there is great, knowledgable patient and they always are on time. They have been my dentist of choice and I highly recommend their hours are fantastic and their staff is always super friendly.
