I had requested a hygiene treatment appointment and finally got myself an appointment, however, when I was in the room, I found out myself I was being prepped for a tooth filling that I was not made aware of. Frustrating and dismissive experience — not patient-centered care. I called McKenzie Lake Dental hoping to become a new patient for a severely decayed tooth that clearly needs extraction. I explained my situation very clearly — I’m a mother of two small children, I don’t drive, and I’m looking for a clinic that can help without wasting my time. After leaving their office from getting two cavities filled, And one filling removed and repaired. I can honestly say that was the easiest, most stress-free time at the dentist I’ve been to in a while. staff there is great, knowledgable patient and they always are on time. They have been my dentist of choice and I highly recommend their hours are fantastic and their staff is always super friendly.

McKenzie Lake Dental is my new favorite dentist in the town. I was little skeptical after my bad experience with dental office in NE. Dr. Mark, Elena and the whole team is amazing. I had 2 filing today and Dr. Mark was so gentle that almost fall in sleep. Thank you Dr. Mark and rest of McKenzie Lake Dental for making my every visit so pleasurable.
