Beautiful home and they build custom made so you have options. The lady in the model home was so helpful.
George and Frank the owners operate their business with honesty and integrity and build a beautiful home.
This company took $5,000 for a contractual down payment in May 2021. It was to build a home in Sarasota. 8 months later they had done NOTHING to move this along. We ended up forfeiting this $5k to walk away. A very unscrupulous builder. DO NOT USE MCKENZIE!
