I started my adventure at 1145 trying to get my child seen at CHI walk-in clinic only to be told they are closed for 1.5 hour lunch and they didn't care that I had to wait for them and didnt bother to offer any other options. I called the McKenzie west location and Artemio Perez answered. He was great and so helpful on the phone telling us they were open and seeing patients immediately. I would like to acknowledge that the receptionist, Theresa, was excellent, and the triage nurse was also very kind and professional. However, I was disappointed with my experience with the nurse practitioner, little sarah. I came in with a tooth that was broken in half and in significant pain, which occurred on a Friday when dental offices were closed until Monday. Everyone was so kind . Check in was expidited quickly. Nurse was amazing as well as Chad Bowen, the doctor. Best experience that could possibly be had at a medical appointment.
