McKenzie Funeral Home went to great lengths to comfort me and my whole family throughout all of my mom's funeral in 2015, and my dad's funeral in 2025, and also my brother's cremation. The staff was very professional, and put our whole family's needs at very high level of service. They also assisted in great wording for the obituary notice, being able to ask all the bullet points so that everything about my mother and father's dignity was honored. I had a comforting experience with the staff at McKinzie Funeral. Ray especially was professional and answered all of my concerns to my complete understanding. My grief was less stressful knowing that Ray called and kept me abreast of the procedure and what was next.
After my boyfriend passed away, his body was left for up to 8 hours even though we, his family, had called McKenzie funeral home shortly after he died to pick up his body. They simply didn't show up til 9 AM even though we had called around 1 AM the night before.
