The new front office (and corporation) is money-centric (even though they claim to be patient-centric) and very difficult to work with. They will cancel appointments without notification, threaten to take away your appointment if you do not confirm in the middle of a snowstorm, and suddenly, after 20 years of going there, treat you like you are the problem when they only care about filling time slots. My wife and I had a warm welcoming from the front desk receptionist Jessica and great greetings from the office manager Marcie! We had the best experience getting our teeth cleaned by Sharon and the doctors are amazing and knowledgeable and we will be returning to the practice!

She was incredibly patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions regarding insurance and my granddaughter's care.
