We have been a customer with mckenzie for a long time. We called them because we had a plug socket outside that was not working. Unbeknown to us it had a safety button and since we are not electricians we didn’t know about this. The guy came, told him what the problem was, he pulled out a screwdriver pushed the button and then we had electricity again. He was only here for 30 seconds. These guys are the best. They replaced my old, faulty hot water heater very quickly, they’re patient and professional and they were here on a Monday morning to help just when I needed it the most. It is hard to find someone trustworthy, so I wanted to come leave a review in case you need someone to trust, too! 10/10 recommend.
My air conditioners stopped working last summer. They had no electricity going to them at all and I had no idea what to do.
