Terrible shop. Lied the whole time. Took 3mo and than blames customer when a 2k part blows up for their negligence. They said customer should of checked after they drove it for 4hrs to ensure no issues. I drove it less than 8miles and my transfer case blew and had residue around it.They charge for a courtesy inspection to find additional upsales for their customers. Fantastic customer service and outstanding talent. Though they prefer **** I was referred there with my 03 Duramax that a dealer local to me said needed to be replaced. McKenzie Diesel repaired the issues surrounding the cooling system and got me back on the road. The dealer tried to get me to spend over $5,000 with no assurance it would solve the problem. **** and his crew are nothing short of amazing.
