ENT nurses and doctor were good and they listen. Professional and nice. They dont do surgery there but they start the process well. Highly recommend

I am on blood thinners and I hit my head, the dr office advised me to go in, I was having episodes of vtach where my heart rate reached the 200’s, the nurse diagnosed me by telling me that the nitro made me pass out… after repeated attempts of telling her I didn’t take a nitro before the episode of feeling like I was going to pass out, which I did not, just lost my vision for a few seconds and hit my head. I had a procedure done and the anesthesia nurse referred to her services as a "shot of whisky" multiple times, I do not drink alcohol and didn't appreciate her reference. Minor complaint however please dont ever assume and stay professional. The staff were kind and genuine.
