This place is such a scam. They have an online “coupon” for a free first check up, then they basically harass you to sign up for their monthly payment system because it’s “cheaper”. It’s over $100/month and barely anything was included, you cannot cancel at once you are locked in for a year and if you try to get out of it earlier they make you pay the difference for everything you “got a deal on” through their membership. Took my kittens from Green Hill here when we got them last year. Very fortunate to have already had their vaccines and neuters as the annual exams to have established were a little pricey for the 4 maybe 5 minutes with a doctor. Found out little less than a year later the kittens had chlamydia and gonorrhea which we were able to later have sorted. Drs were very friendly and answered all questions when asked. Will not be coming back. Overcharged, charged for items not needed/asked for, and the hippy vet dude needs to shower. Front desk workers had great customer service though. Not to mention we administered our own vaccines and our dog didn’t even notice. Yet when the vet did it she yelped and had to be held down as if she wasn’t a small pup. I’m no vet but it doesn’t seem right that we had an easier time doing it ourself (for MUCH cheaper) than someone who went to school for it.
Best place for hurt, and/or lost animals to go to. Their staff is extremely friendly.
