They actively pay off the fines the health inspector hands them every month. The janitorial capabilities in this place are laughable at best and have been for years.
Has some good programs but it is woefully run down. Locker rooms have constant pools of water on the floor with hair in them, mold growing in the corners, rusted lockers that won’t shut/open, gross chairs in the lobby you don’t want to sit on, broken gym equipment and a dirty pool. The WiFi is worse than my 1 bar of LTE as well. Not worth the price in my opinion

This place sucks. I've been paying to go here for years and it just gets worse with time. Half the machines are down at any given time and the paying members get blocked from using half the facility. Why don't you stop roping off areas or just put a sign up that says "We only cater to the McKendree sports teams and if you want to pay to go here, you can only use half of the facility"
Extremely unorganized. Not a single adult employee in the whole place. Went for a public skate. 4 employees looked like a deer in headlights when asked basic questions. No lockers, no safe place to put your things, no instructions, no assistance. We left since it was a very disorganized mess before someone got hurt. **edit for business response.
