Mack has burned a lot of people and I'm one of them.... Do not trust him for any reason......He has caused a lot of people a lot of pain. I lost my home because of him hes a real jerk........
Corrupt as can be steer clear from this Attorney. I hired Mack to help me obtain title to my deceased mother's properties in Lake Toxaway. I showed McKeller evidence of undue influence including the partial forgery of my mother's Will. Mr. McKeller refused to communicate with forensic document examiner Mickey Dawson. McKeller sat on my cases for 21/2 years and bought time for the other side. I ended up loosing the properties. Steer clear away from this Attorney so you don't get screwed like I did...
Mack could have filed the evidence I gave him with the court after my mother died. He didn't and I lost my deceased mother's cabin in NC (bottom line). Mack filed several petitions with the court, two years later had done nothing to perfect them and withdrew from my cases. Mack could have addressed the forgery I discovered with the documents I was given after my mother died, he didn't (resulting in the above).
RecommendedMack McKeller is a very honest Attorney. He will make a great Judge. I am so glad he earned the honor of Judgeship.
