Great knowledgeable service.
Brought a 2022 Mercury motor in because it wouldn’t start. They said the motor was submerged and the motor is now toast. I paid $75 for them to tell me it can’t be repaired. I took the motor to Huntsville Marine and they said the motor was submerged. 2 weeks later they said the motor was ready for pick up and it cost $503. I mentioned I took it to McKellar’s and they said “I don’t know why they said it can’t be repaired. Not the first complaint we’ve heard about McKellar”

We bought a brand new mercury engine from McKellar. Broke it in as we were supposed too. The engine started having issues and 4.5 months later took it back to be diagnosed. They said we had too much engine oil and the spark plugs fouled. Blamed us charged us over $500 but they were the ones who got the engine ready for us. We had done nothing to the oil or plugs.
