I haven't used these guys for accounting needs, but James McKell was hired by UCCU to perform the appraisal on our home for our HELOC a while back. We were stunned by how low Mr. McKell's appraisal was. He might be good at doing an appraisal on cookie-cutter homes with minimal variations, but he had no idea what he was doing on our appraisal and it significantly limited what we could borrow on the loan.
