Spent many years in McKeldin Library. BA, M.Ed., Ph.D. all before the internet! Finding journals in the stacks, waiting to make copies of articles and hoping for enough change!!! My leather bound dissertation used to be in the stacks? Back in the day wev only rubbed testudo on the nose for good luck...nothing else
It reminds me my 4 years spent there! Before the exam, we usually went to touch the turtle's nose for good luck!
