McKeever Plumbing (MP) was to come by 2:00 PM; came at 4:30. We were having a problem with a "clogged" shower fixture. MP wasn't familiar with the "Rain Shower System" but believed blowing its line clean would solve problem. It didn't work. MP's next move was to disassemble it. MP subsequently twisted the "s-shaped" shower arm until it split open, rendering it useless and requiring its total replacement.
