Stay away from this company. Criminal drivers, zero customer service, never answer a call and do not let them tow your vehicle back to their shop. You will struggle to get it back.
This is the company AAA relies on in Green Bay. They left me stranded for more than two days. They did not pick up my calls or calls from AAA. This whole ordeal has cost me a ton of money and hardship in a city where I don’t know anyone. I’ve advised AAA to cancel their partnership with them and reported them to the Wisconsin Attorney General. I strongly urge people to avoid them.
RecommendedI had a puncture in my tire and the first tow company never showed, they called McKeefry’s and they were on it faster than lightening. Was also having it towed elsewhere but was told “maybe they could look at it Friday afternoon” and we needed my vehicle Friday to drive out of town. I asked about tire service and time they would be there til and was given tec’s number and was there til 6 and willing to look at my tire. They went above and beyond to help me out!!!
