Did my spark plugs and oil change well and at a fair price. Next oil change I went in, I had some minor concerns and mistakenly informed him I had a powertrain warranty. He then finds $3000+ in repairs that are not needed. Took it to another shop and they said it looks great, especially for 220k miles.
After working with Bergstrom on an issue that they just wanted to keep throwing parts at, I had enough. I was able to explain the situation to Luke in detail, he thought outside of the box and came up with a real solution. Many local dealers no longer have mechanics they hire parts changers that have no skill or love for the automotive industry. This is not the case here, Luke and Laura were great to work with!
Luke's has provided good service and excellent communication regarding the specific work to be done, taking the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed for my vehicle. Repairs were done at a fair price. I would recommend Luke's for their expertise, integrity and customer service.
I am going to be brutally honest... Read the reviews and of course I was skeptical....but I'm tired of getting ripped off at the euro auto service places in the valley. First call to Luke go voicemail...no issues he called back promptly.. talked to him about needing front brake pads and rotors... I cautioned him this was a euro model German in heritage.
