Luke's has provided good service and excellent communication regarding the specific work to be done, taking the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed for my vehicle. Repairs were done at a fair price. I would recommend Luke's for their expertise, integrity and customer service.
I am going to be brutally honest... Read the reviews and of course I was skeptical....but I'm tired of getting ripped off at the euro auto service places in the valley. First call to Luke go voicemail...no issues he called back promptly.. talked to him about needing front brake pads and rotors... I cautioned him this was a euro model German in heritage. I recently had issues with my Ford fusion. I contacted Luke’s garage and explained the situation. Their schedule was very full and I had to schedule my appointment to bring the vehicle in for January 6. I explained to Laura on the phone that my father was in the hospital and we did not know if he would make it. Shortly after hanging up I received a call back.
