Employees are amazing but management NEEDS help, in particular Shawn. He is cruel to his employees and yells harshly at them for things way out of their control. Not only is he rude and arrogant to the amazing employees but customers as well. He needs an attitude adjustment and so much more.
The whole team at McKee tire are great. Exceptional service. Adam especially went above and beyond to get me looked after when I had a problem with a blown wheel on a rental. The team in the office are also great. Thank you so much for getting me looked after!
I purchased a set of rims and tires to put on my car. Balanced, TPMS and mounted. They got it done real quick In about 30 minutes. Very friendly staff and would definitely recommend. I believe his name was Adam. He was great and helpful.
