Prompt service. Addressed my flat tire asap and did a diagnostic on the car without charge. Note: others have charged for this. Found one issue and booked in asap. Prompt and courteous service.
Great service, 2 front tires needed replacing on my Mercedes, received on online quote over the weekend, and a follow up on the quote first thing Monday morning. Free wheel alignment and a report showing everything was okay and alignment not needed, this gave me a feeling of a trustworthy business, not looking for extra $$. Also checked 14 other items on the car, giving a clean bill of health. Would definitely recommend this company.
Terrible customer service. Called and made an appointment for an alignment and tire change. Told them at the time that I wanted them to learn the new TPMS sensors. Was given an 8 AM appointment. Arrived 20 minutes early and was told that they did not have time to swap the tires or learn the TPMS sensors. I reminded them that I discussed my needs when the appointment was setup. I ended up going to another shop who took care of me that day. Don’t recommend at all.
