Great service, 2 front tires needed replacing on my Mercedes, received on online quote over the weekend, and a follow up on the quote first thing Monday morning. Free wheel alignment and a report showing everything was okay and alignment not needed, this gave me a feeling of a trustworthy business, not looking for extra $$. Also checked 14 other items on the car, giving a clean bill of health. Would definitely recommend this company.
Terrible customer service. Called and made an appointment for an alignment and tire change. Told them at the time that I wanted them to learn the new TPMS sensors. Was given an 8 AM appointment. Arrived 20 minutes early and was told that they did not have time to swap the tires or learn the TPMS sensors. I reminded them that I discussed my needs when the appointment was setup. I ended up going to another shop who took care of me that day. Don’t recommend at all.

Started looking for a shop at 2am while stranded at the side of the road waiting on a tow truck with a flat tire. Decided to have our car towed here based on the positive reviews. Could not be more pleased with the service!! Tire was patched and car ready for pickup within an hour of calling. Everyone I spoke with was lovely and very helpful. Will absolutely bring our cars back! Thank you!!
Had to get new tires. Had my little donut on. Tires were ordered and put on in a very timely manner. When I got home to put away my donut,jack etc. I discovered that the guys had gone above and beyond and already done it for me. Made my day. Will absolutely be using this company for all future tire needs!
