Expensive and rushed for personal tax services in my opinion. I was not able to talk to the accountant before she did my taxes (I even asked), I had questions as this was the first year I was filling common law. They charged $40 extra to put in about 5 medical receipts for my girlfriend, asked for a $100 deposit before hand, and then took more afterwards.
