Asked for a quote on a 2024 KLX that there website said they had in stock get told "We dont have 2024s only 2025s" in a very rude manner. Then I call about getting my bike serviced as they are the closest Kawasaki dealership. TBF I didn't buy my bike from them (I got it for $2000 dollars off new at Inglis because it was an older model) but if they had given me a good experience I probably would have been a repeat customer. Only to get told "Take it to where you bought it". As far as I am concerned they are no longer a factor... read more

First time buying a bike with this dealership shop and had a great experience, Very welcoming, very nice people, great family owned business , quick and efficient service, will definitely come back for more . Thanks
My bike has been there for 2 months just for front brakes and tire change, and they didn’t have to wait on the parts because I brought the tires, rotor and pads to put on. Tried telling me I have to buy a new rim because they can’t get bolts out. Not to mention Trevor is just rude and arrogant when you ask how it’s coming along
