I'm updating my review to reflect that, after being told our project would be completed in 3 weeks last March/April (2023), it's now February 2024 and the project is about 60% complete. I can't even get a response from Paul, never mind a commitment to finish this when the spring thaw comes around again. Last summer my kids and puppy played in an arguably dangerous construction site, and this summer looks to be the same. We can't put in a dog fence until it's done, and the whole area is muddy and uneven. I've filed a complain... read more

I provided a $19k deposit for a pool installation in the Spring of 2021. The incorrect pool was ordered/received by McKechnie Associates, the issue failed to be corrected and work was never started. Since then, Paul at McKechnie Associates has been unresponsive and ignored repeated requests for an acceptable solution or provide a refund for the deposit for the past two years. I have no choice but to pursue legal action to obtain a refund of my deposit.
Took our deposit and never showed. Pursuing legal action now.
