I recently worked with Paul Lemieux, an attorney at McKean Knaupp Attorneys in Hillsboro to do my estate planning & had an excellent experience with him. He is very knowledgeable about the subject & very patient in explaining the process & answering all of my questions & concerns, as it was all brand new to me. He also made 2 excellent referrals for a power of attorney & a health care agent, as I had no one to serve in those roles. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone for their estate planning needs.

I met w Paul Lemieux intending to update my family trust after the death of my husband. We worked though the changes together and he reviewed my existing trust. The next time we met, he counseled me that I was better off keeping the current trust, as a rework could invite emotional legal issues for my beneficiaries.
