I came in hostile one day (the guy from Home Depot had sold me some supplies that didn't work for my project). A young man approached me and was kind (and brave enough) to help me, despite my attitude. He told me about self-locking nuts, which made all the difference and was a HUGE help! I witnessed this same young man help another lady, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful for what she needed also. Love this place, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a lot of hard to find items. Plus they have a hot dog lady in the parking lot, what more could you ask for?
Went in, told the sales kid I wanted three keys cut. I said, the vehicle key ios the least important, the other two are important. If you don't have these other two, I don't want any! He cut the key to the ignition to my motor home, and didn't have the other two keys that I really wanted and told me to go to A & B Locksmith to get them. I know he heard me, so they sold one key for $4.32, hope they spend it wisely because it is the last $4.32 they will ever get from me! Very unsatisfied that he just didn't listen!

I love the remodeling job they did on this store. That said I have to say the staff could be much more knowledgeable about the products they carry. That would be a tremendous improvement at this store.I hate it when people don't have a clue.
Very poor customer service. Drove 90 miles to purchase a windmill they brought out 2 boxes from supply room. I get it home and open boxes find hardware is missing. Drive 90 miles again they go in supple room hand me bag of hardware. While assembling at home I realize pieces missing. I drive 90 miles again and they give me 2 more boxes that I should have got first time. I drove over 270 miles and wasted my time over their mistake and no offer of any kind of compensation for even my fuel. I was not dealing with a young kid but... read more
Love the new store. This place is a great alternative to big box stores
This place is soooooo much more pleasant to shop at than the giant home improvement stores! Staff is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Store is organized in a sensible fashion as well.
This location has a little of a lot. Has most everyday hardware items you might need plus home and yard items. good prices
