We visit McKays every year, when we travel for enchanted forest, usually the service is lovely and so is the food, unfortunately this time it took 40min for drinks, a glass of wine and a juice to arrive. Food took 1h 20min. It wasn't even busy and there were other tables that left without being served at all. We stayed as our wee one was starving. We ended up asking multiple times for our drinks and food. Me and my husband had a sharing plate, please see photo and that was 25, I mean.... Ridiculous price for a size of that.... read more
Avoid this place if you have coeliac disease or you’re gluten free. I went and asked if they served gluten free options and they said they did I then went to order my chips on the screen and it went through fine I then waited 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready when it got called I was tould they have no gluten free options available any more I then asked why the worker then shrugged his shoulders and walked off as if not to care. I will not be coming back to this place ever again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
