Terrible experience with the owner Robert. We ordered a custom gate panel. He kept us hanging for over a month before telling me it was made a week after I ordered it. He even showed me photos of it. I think he got his nose out of joint when I asked to make sure it had the fixing brackets on it because he told me he had been doing this for over 20 years.
