Still waiting on refund check from cancelled policy -3.5 months !!!! They sent check to old mailing address--over 2.5 yrs since we lived there-they of course had our correct address for billing purposes the past two years-called numerous times and they said they would get back to me but nothing- emailed and they responded that they would get back to me and nothing----
