We called after hours for a cracked flange (the top of the pipe coming out of the floor). We had no toilet, and a 5 year year old. The answering service was very friendly and personable. The woman told me someone would call us back shortly. Figuring shortly would translate to a couple of hours, I took my son to a neighbor's house to use the bathroom.
