Buying a new construction for the first time can be very intimidating and the process daunting, yet the salesperson Rich and the builder Josh were welcoming and took the time to answer all of our questions as well as give us information we didn't ask for that would make our process smooth. These 2 guys are great to work with and make a great team with the homebuilt process!
My husband and I bought a house from DH Horton back in March, and Josh has been a big help with any questions and issues that arose, making the process much easier. He is very personable and has checked in to see how things are going. You can tell he takes pride in his job!
We love our new home and community for its friendly atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and the ever helpful DR Horton team. Especially Josh, who answers all our questions with a smile and and you can tell he takes pride in every home he's helped build. We feel confident that we have a quality home.
