Our hot water tank stopped working unexpectedly, and because it happened after hours, we couldn’t get anyone as everything was closed. We called McKay Mechanical first thing the next morning, and they had Justin and another technician at our home that same day. They were both very professional, friendly, and efficient. We had our AC unit not working the morning of the hottest day so far this year. I called Ben who managed all the chaos that day due to the many breakdowns on a very hot day. Ben was able to coordinate getting Matt and Ryan here in the early afternoon. They determined that the core was leaking and were able to get a new unit almost immediately. Very bad experience with them. They wanted me to pay for repairs without telling me what the repairs were all about. They could not answer my questions regarding the work to be done and because I declined they sent me a bill for the quote altought I never asked for the bill in the first place. My propane supplier did, McEwan.
Brody was amazing. Got it done in nasty conditions. He even found the baby raccoon and we found two more, so thanks to Brody. Fixed our problem too
