Horrible place!!!!! Complete scam on people. My daughter rents or is trying n her security deposit became void 3 mo later n rent disappears. She a single mom and they're doing this to alot of renters. Yes she has a paper trail buy they're still trying to evict her n her children. They are not abiding by lease on their part. BBB needs to get involved n also attorney for the people getting screwed out of all this money
Very unprofessional, they never return calls! Taking 3 weeks to organize an apartment rental is absolutely ridiculous! You would think the 1st thing to be discussed is that the place is income based. No they wait till the last possible minute to tell you your not eligible, and leave you with nowhere to go! Excuse after excuse to get away without doing your job correctly! This business deserves 0 stars, they have the most inept person working with potential residents I’ve ever met, they don’t answer calls, only communicate via text, and you can’t get anything accomplished by showing up there. They do not care if you end up on the street. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to move into this place. The manager Jasmine is the most inept employee I’ve ever seen employed and that’s saying something in 2024
Great place beautiful apts, sorry guys, we're no vacancy now and it will be at least a year before anything becomes available. But if you see one of these available in a year, you should get on it asap because they are spacious new and feels more like a townhouse than apartment.
