I have used McKay Silent Sports Insurance for a few years. I payed in full for my 2020 upcoming bicycle tours on October 15 2019 per their policy. When Covid 19 made it clear that all of my scheduled bicycle tours were canceled I contacted McCay asking for a refund. That was in March. I had not used and would not be needing the policy that they sold me. McKay told me that they would not give me any refund. McKay has chosen to profit off a service that they will not be providing to my very small company. Shame on them.

I am constantly switching my coverage's for insurance as I have a hobby of buying & selling dirt bikes. The staff at McKay Insurance are never too busy to make sure I'm up-to-date on all coverage's. It's comforting to know that I have insurance professionals looking out for our family's insurance needs regularly and covering my backside!!!!
